Sabo is a prominent character in the popular manga and anime series, One Piece.
He is the Revolutionary Army's chief of staff, essentially second-in-command to Monkey D. Dragon. Sabo is also known for being one of Monkey D. Luffy's adoptive brothers, alongside Portgas D. Ace.
